Meyer master of the Ship OHIO of Bremen do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the annexed list, subscribed with my name, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all the passengers who have been taken on board the said vessel at Bremen or any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in the said vessel into any district of the United States since her departure from the said port of Bremen, Germany sworn to this 13 day of September 1879, Gustave Meyer Before me David W. Elyaih.

I love your blog! My grandmother traveled on the SS Neckar in 1911, so I have been searching for anything I can find about her journey. One thing I could not find on your blog or anywhere so far online is how much a ticket was from Bremen to Baltimore (et al). Do you have any knowledge of this? Also, were there 1st class, 2nd and 3rd class tickets? Or only one kind? Thanks.
