There are only a few issues with this document...
- Middle name: Charles vs. Carl ?
- Birthday: 13 Nov 1895 vs. 13 Nov 1894 ?
- Birth in New Ulm vs Sleepy Eye ?
- Living in Bird Island, MN, Farming, short, slender - These items seem correct... Also it was not clear what year he was really born. Even his drivers license said 1895.
